Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble your equipment and place it back in its original box with all included tools, bolts, and manuals to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Trak Racer

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our designated regional distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
